There is nothing better than fresh herbs! And freeze drying herbs makes them taste so close to freshly picked. I love growing my own herbs in my garden or countertop herb garden and then freeze drying them. They process quickly and are easy to store.

5 Posted September 16, 2015 Thanks dsheidt. I was afraid that the AN8 fittings I could find might not be long enough to provide the space needed so that the oil could flow over the top of the filter, especially given my "disk" method of holding up the can.

It definitely helps to have a freezer nearby. You’ll cut time tremendously by freezing the food first rather than having the freeze dryer do it. It’s also cheaper.

Slight delay at customs but my head was spinning at how fast this was resolved for Shop Now something that was out of there control! Bravo!
